Where do I start...this establishment has a very cold, unappealing atmosphere. When we met friends there for dinner, none of us knew what to expect because this was our first time visiting. Believe me when I tell you that it was the last time!!. The service was horrible. We waited about 20 mins before anyone came to our table. We ordered drinks and dinner at the same time to avoid another delay. the only thing that was tolerable about the whole experience was the fact that the beer was cold. My wife had the grilled fish. When it was brought out, it was tasteless and cold. It was suppose to be ""pub marinated"" but I think they left that out. The center was raw. How hard is it to grill a piece of haddock?? I, along with the 2 others, ordered the fried fish. This came out coated in a thick tempura style batter - what's so English about that? The batter was gooey inside, definitely not done, which left our fish being almost raw. Come on, how can anyone actually serve that quality of food?? This establishment should do the public a favor and shut their doors!! We left our food uneaten, paid our tab and then drove across the parking lot to Clemento's and had a wonderful dinner!!
