My husband and I go to Chins on Oakland and Locust often for the delicious fresh food. We also affectionately call it “Rice” because it really is a rice version of Noodles. The places look the same as well. But the food is awesome and I highly recommend it!! I think its one of the healthier Chinese places to go. Don’t forget to get a chocolate covered fortune cookie!!
