China Star is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. They always have a great selection of food on their buffet, including all kinds of different Chinese food (from basics like chicken with broccoli and kung pao chicken, to less common things like coconut shrimp), a few American choices (such as garlic bread, chicken wings, and potatoes), and a salad bar with all kinds of salad fixings. They also have a myriad of choices for desserts, from coconut meringues to cake to ice cream cones.
