Each time we try China Square, we like it more and more. It has become almost a tradition for us to stop in and eat here, after attending an evening movie nearby. They serve really great, fresh and crispy spring rolls, and they have a very extensive menu. Some of the other excellent dishes include Beef Lomein, Sweet & Sour Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken, General Tso's chicken, and also a dish they make with crispy fried noodles, topped with beef, chicken and shrimp. I don't recall the name of this dish, but it is awesomely good. We have barely scratched the surface of trying their extensive menu offerings after five visits or so, but we are continuing to try something new, each time we go here.
Pros: Ornate atmosphere, attentive service, great spring rolls
Cons: Kinda' hidden behind the Nasa freeway expansion, which ends right in front of it
