I think this place has a new name, but it escapes me now. It's still the same old Ming Palace staff though. I think this place is amazing. Their eggrolls are to die for. I know people who hate eggrolls, but love the eggrolls at Ming. This is popular spot for me and my coworkers to get lunch because they're lunch menu is so cheap and the food is so good. I recommend the shrimp with lobster sauce or the beef and hot garlic sauce. I used to go to Ming back when it was located on Airline Highway eons ago, the food is even better now. Not once have I been disappointed. Plus sometimes they stay open late just for the fun of it. I've been there many times with friends after music concerts at like 1:30AM. Ming's is a great favorite, but sometimes you have to take what you can get. Meaning that overall, it's good, but sometimes the food is just not up to par, like they have an off night every once in a while. Otherwise, I love coming here, I still come and laugh when it's an off night, b/c I know the next time it will be back to normal. Great lunch values, too.
