I normally love the Vietnamese, and the Chinese is OK from here. My family has been frequenting this place in one form or another for around twenty years. There have been times that they are spot on, and times they have missed the mark. Most of the time, (other than the tea) they are a good place to eat. But recently I find myself defending the service and the food to friends and co-workers alike; after recommending China Kitchen to them. I recently had an instance that a dish (out of five purchased) on the ticket was not palatable. My wife and I took the food back and asked that they allow us to select something else from the menu to make up for the unsavory entre.
