China Garden Buffet

we used to love to go to this place it was reasonable and good food we just went there the other day , what a turn around,nasty overdone food left on the burners,for hours saw them mix old nasty food with new food 3 times, this place is overpriced for what you get now, hibachi grill 5 times the size with good fresh food but on another note there are numerous chinese resteraunts that include clams and shrimp and mussels at lunch and all you can eat crab legs for dinner for cheaper than both of these places lunch 4.95 ,dinner 8.95 why,dontpeaple stand up and ask these place for are crab legs back they are alot cheaper to purchase now, and look how much were charged for hardly any seafood on the buffet anymore,and yes all you can eat crablegs on alot of other chinese resteraunts...........check for yourself not sold by the lb like these guys! time do a overhall if you want to keep your loyal customers , because were starting to go elsewhere.... I have to full-heartedly agree with DINARAS' review. I don't know what(or if) the other's saw as "good" about this place, (I personally think those 2 positive credits are done by the managers to cover up). Everything DINARAS said is true. If you don't believe us, go see for yourself. The filthy owner caughs and hacks in front of the customers, then goes to the soda pop fountain sink and hacks it out in there! Disgusting! I only went once, and when you open the entrance door, you get blasted by a filthy bathroom stench. Most of the food is cold and has been sitting in the warmer for hours. Their cleanliness score is super low. You go in at 3:30, he wants to charge you dinner price, while he advertises that lunch ends at 4:00pm, which is when dinner starts. That is considered False Advertising. The city needs to step in and close this Mother F****r down! One day someone is going to get real sick from this establishment. I happened to be walking with my kids one day in the parking lot behind this place. They had their rear kitchen door open. I glanced inside as I was walking by and I'll tell you, I felt like throwing up. They are totally filthy jerks! The city needs to step in and shut these a******s down permanently and take away their license for operating a food establishment. If you want a really good Oriental Buffet restaurant, go to the Hibachi Grill. Excellent service, clean, and very professional. My fiance and I go to the place all the time, at least once a week, and have never seen horrible service nor any of the things mentioned below. The owner has always been nice and precise (remembers what we want to drink and where we'd like to sit). The food is good for the price and most of the time, you can tell the food is fresh. I have never seen anything that looked as though it's been in the warmer for more than an hour. As with all buffets, food will sit on the warmer for a while (this even goes for good ol' Golden Corral!). I'd say give the place a try. If you don't like it, then oh well. I was going to this dump for over a year after work at about 3:35. When you open the front door and walk in, you get a terrible stench like a raw sewer. I overlooked this because it was close by my work. The owner is totally unproffessional. Their lunch ends at 4:00PM and at 3:35, wanted to charge me dinner prices. Whenever I walked in and he saw me, he would mutter Chinese gibberish to his employees, probably something derogatory about me. Many times, a lot of the food looked like it had been in the warmer for days! Then, last saturday, the rude owner came by as I was putting food in my plate and stopped me, trying to dictate to me that certain food was only for dinner, and I couldn't take that. No Signs Saying Which is dinner and which is lunch. I felt like throwing the entire plate on his ugly face. He also ha it a habit to cough and hack in the dining room where people are eating, and to go to the soft drink sink and cough it out. This Idiot Needs To Be Shut Down . Dirty, Inhumane Loser!
