the first time I walked in this store - I walked out about 25 minutes saying - "not if I had a million bucks". I felt Iwas almost ignored, I only say almost, they talked to me before I told them I wanted a fireplace to my own installation. Then the converstation stopped.\r
I had to get my general contractor to call them before they would let me order one. I paid my deposit 50% it was ordered and I picked it up in about a day. that was story #1.
