Fresh and so clean 1/17/2012

Emily has worked miracles for my skin. The texture of my face has changed from rough and dry to healthy and glowing. The redness on my cheeks and nose has also lessened and therefore I don't have to wear a heavy foundation. I've recommended Chill Day Spa to all of my friends. more

The Best! 12/19/2011

I had the best experience at Chill Day Spa, specifically with Jaime. She gave me the most wonderful facial and pedicure...I visit several Spa's throughout my traveling and I've never had such a great experience. Jaime is so talented, friendly and is the best at what she does!! The overall staff and spa itself are lovely and so very pleasant. The prices are extremely reasonable for the exceptional service you receive. I'm definitely going to keep going back. more

I completely agree with the reviews said about Jaime. She is a FABulous esthetician. I see her for my facials, spray tanning, waxing, etc. Always gives 100% in her work (which I have had poor services at other spa's) and I always come out looking and feeling great. She knows just what to recommend for me in skincare and my face hasn't looked the same, it's glowing! When it comes to any of the products sold there she knows her stuff! She is professional and sweet. Anything you could want in your service-women. \r \r Chill is voted Best of the Best and I can see why! I recommend Chill and Jaime to all my friends and family. The atmosphere is nothing like any other spa I've been too. Jaime has shown me a wonderful experience there! \r \r Go and Chill! more

Amazing! 3/3/2011

For my wedding I was intersted in trying out a spray tan so I booked a trial spray tan a few months before my wedding to see if I was going to look orange or blotchy. From the moment I walked in the door Jaimie was fantastic. She asked me if I had exfoliated that morning and I told her that I didn't and so she set me up in a private room with a shower, gave me this AMAZING exfoliating scrub and put out a bathrobe for me for once I was done showering. I couldn't believe how nice she was and the extra mile Chill Day Spa goes for their clients. Once I was ready for my spray tan (which I was really nervous for) she was super professional and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She gave me great instructions for after care, and I was thrilled with the natural glow that resulted. Needless to say I booked in for my wedding. Everytime I look at my wedding pictures I am so happy with how the spray tan photographed. I didn't look at all orange, and just looked like I spent the day at the be more

Chill Day Spa is fantastic!! 7/25/2009

I had a wonderful "Muddy Indulgence" treatment by Faith this morning, and let me say, it was the best present my hubby could have ever gotten me. Seriously, it was heaven. Faith knew what she was doing, I was relaxed from the moment she began her 1.5 hour massage/exfoliation/steam shower routine. The other staff I encountered on my visit were very friendly as well and the overall look and cleanliness of the spa was exceptional. I will highly recommend it to all my friends and family. more

Disappointing 7/7/2009

I was very disappointed by my trip to Chill. I recieved a facial from an extremly unprofessional young woman who spent half of the time complaining about her personal life, expletives included. The facial was a complete waste of $70. When I left, my skin did not look any better than when I had arrived. The atmosphere is horrible as well. The locker room is tiny, the 'chill room' is a joke and the staff is incompetent. more

Chill specializes in excellence 5/12/2009

I have been to Chill Day Spa for many spa days and honestly, this is the best spa in Manchester (it has won Best Spa two years in a row!). The staff is amazing and they are so caring and professional. They also just finished a beautiful renovation. I was excited to learn that they started carrying bare Minerals! I'm so happy that I can get my favorite makeup there instead of having to order online or go to Salem or Nashua. Overall, I rate this spa five star for 1) service; 2) professionalism; 3) cleanliness; 4) bare Minerals and 5) helping me to look beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting. more

Disappointed... 5/2/2009

I finally used my gift card from Christmas and was looking forward to a great pedicure! I have had many pedicures but this was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. First let me tell you that it is very small there and you have to walk upstairs. Very cramped. The people there were very nice. The pedi was less than desirable. I basically paid for painting my nails. I then scheduled a pedi at Not So Plain Janes and they took the dry skin off which is what a pedicure is suppose to do. Very disappointed at Chill. more

Disappointment 10/27/2008

I was truly looking forward to having a day at the spa but was disappointed to say the least. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early which we did. When we figured out which door to open it was locked. Certainly not a warm fuzzy feeling. We were let in and told to watch were we step because they were remodeling or something. Definately cramp quarters. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes we got dressed and left. Truly an experience that I would of loved to have missed. I have been to other spas and would not recommend this one in particular. more

I wouldn't go anywhere else... chill makes you feel so amazing! I have gone to receive many services and i have gone to Jamie for most of them. She has done an excellent job on every single one of them! I recommend chill to all my friends and family. They all have said the same thing after receiving their services. Not only are the treatments Jamie has giving great but the experience you have is the icing on the cake! more

great for couples 2/1/2008

My husband and I went to chill on a snowy friday afternoon. We were greeted immediately upon entering and escorted upstairs to the dressing rooms. These were very clean and fully stocked with all sorts of grooming products. They give you cozy bathrobes and flip flops to put on. We had a couples massage which we both felt was phenomenal. Thanks to Melissa and Faith!!! After the massage we cleaned off in the wonderful steam shower. I think there were 9 different jets pointing at us. This was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We finished up with a manicure and pedicure. While I did not catch the names of the ladies who performed these services they were also polite and friendly. more

Heaven on earth 8/11/2007

I would like to start by saying this is the greatest place I have ever been. Not only does the staff treat you like royalty, no matter your color size or shape, but the atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the owner Crissy is a class act. Every single service I have had has been complete and exceeded my expectations. The spray tan is fabulous and if you follow their directions it stays beautiful for 7-10 days.TO JAMES? @4:37AM who gave such an untruthful review and who has never really been to the spa for a treatment, the room you get sprayed in is not small it is just right. I am not a small woman and I had plenty of room to move around so unless you are godzilla, I would say get real !! Maybe the brown spots on your sheets came from somewhere else because you are so full of that color substance.I am simply a loyal customer of this establishment and can not believe these blatant lies, if you want a true spa experience with honest funloving people go to Chill day spa. Need New Sheets 12/16/2006

I don't recommend the spray tan, I think they refer to it as the soul glow or something. That night while out with clients I could see the the fake tan substance start to bleed off onto my clothes how embarassing!!!!! Not to mention the next day when my so called spray tan was tranferred to my sheets and pillow case.\r Also the place was so small and cramped I felt like a giant among little people. Overall don't waste your money, if you want a good experience go to one of the larger more respectible spas in the area. more

This Day Spa is truly a MAGNIFICENT place to relax and be beautified. The environment is very friendly and relaxing. Service always included smiles and warm welcome. The couple massage experience is well worth it !!!. The decor you make you feel like you are in a Expensive California Spa - I love it..oh and the bathroom..awesome.
