This is one of the worst chain restaurant locations I have ever dined at. I do not know if the location has anything to do with it (it seems to be farther away from other places) or what, but I will never return to this location, or any other Chilis for that matter. We visited in the late afternoon, and it was not that busy. The only person who was doing their job was the host who seated us promptly. It took our server 10 minutes (we timed it) to get a drink and greet. I have worked at restaurants, so I understood he may have been busy so I let it slide. We then ordered an appetizer and our meals (mine was the steak quesadilla). The server brought out all of our food including the appetizer at the same time (again, I did not mind this above other things), however all of our food was cold and I received shrimp and chicken fajitas instead of what I had ordered. The server never returned to check on us so we got the host to tell a manager that our food was wrong. After we got it corrected I proceeded to unroll my silver wear. It was filthy and had a green, crusty, substance similar to a booger on the fork. I was so disgusted I couldn't even finish my food. After a huge disappointment we said we were ready to get our check. The server never came by (we timed about another 10 minutes) to take our payment and we had to flag down another server to ring us up. We tipped her very well because she was the only person that took care of us, and she was not even our server. This location should realize that since a lot of people who visit are from out of town, and they should make a better impression if they want to keep business. Meanwhile, this location is also the filthiest and most un-kept Chili's from all of the ones I have been to (there was no toilet paper in ANY of the women's stalls!) Visitors beware!
Pros: drinks are decent
Cons: terrible service, food, dirty
