Chili's offers a wide selection of meals making good use of the grill, with generally tasty food. It's a good atmosphere for dining, though because of the bar and its reputation as a sports-watching hangout, it's not always a family-friendly place. Nights of big games and around happy hour, it's just too loud to dine comfortably. Also, these are times when the staff is more than fairly busy, and it is possible to get lost in the shuffle (I went with my family there for a birthday dinner and the waitress forgot to put our order at least a half hour after she had taken it (which was understandable because the place was fairly busy when we got there, but was annoying nonetheless)).
