Please ask corporate to allow the help to clean the place. Restroom was unacceptable. Our table and the menus were greasy to the touch. Patrons (with feet up on the booth) appeared to be locals, as this was allowed. Manager (Charlie) was called over when I asked for a CLEAN salt shaker that would actually let the salt out. He said "my boss makes me turn down the A/C at night, that's why the salt wouldn't come out." When asked why my food was COLD at 1:35 in the afternoon, he said "I'll take care of that for you." Twenty minutes later, HE delivered my sliders stating "I stole them from that other customer over there." Charlie admitted "some of the food is frozen", when asked. The restaurant was not crowded, (the snow birds had flown north) so I guess he ALLOWS his wait staff to delay serving customer's FOOD until it is cold. Not a nice touch to watch them carry food on their shoulder (next to their hair) without a net either. My brother ate his lunch that had wilted lettuce, his chicken tasted as if it was cooked in old strained grease as did my fries. Some or all of the employees NEED to be re-trained. Stop making excuses for over-priced cold food that does not taste FRESH or should I say "NOT SAFE"? STOP MAKING EXCUSES, GET IT TOGETHER CHILLIES and we MIGHT not tell others of our terrible experience. THERE IS JUST NO EXCUSE FOR UNSAFE FOOD!
