I assume the people who flock to Chili's night after night, waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for some better-than-average chain food, just haven't opened their eyes to all the nearby places that have better food, faster service, and no wait. But once you get in, the service is good, and the food is tasty, if unoriginal. The drinks are big, the appetizers have some interesting high points (try the southwester egg rolls), and there are a lot of options for dinner. Barbecue, burgers, fajitas, or plain old chicken strips for the less adventurous.
Pros: mixed drinks, good service
Cons: lines at lunch/dinner, parking
