We were looking for a quick family friendly meal and decided to take our son there before taking him to play at the park. On our date nights we've had a wonderful time, but with our WELL-BEHAVED son it was a disaster. We were quickly seated the hostess was friendly and great, it went downhill from there. We waited an outrageous amount of time before we were asked if we would like a drink seeing as the place was near empty this was pretty annoying. It took even longer for her to come back and take our order, which she got wrong, I talk softly sometimes(I have hearing issues so idk how loud/soft I talk) so I pointed to the item that I wanted as well as telling her what I wanted, wouldn't you know she repeated it and still put my order in wrong. She was fixated on my husband the entire time(guess she thought it was going to butter him up for a tip?) to the point that it ticked him completely off and made him extremely uncomfortable. My son's meal was fine, so was my husbands, even though I got the wrong items(I had given up on anybody but my husband receiving service so I shut up and ate it) it was still decent. She must have refilled my husbands glass 3 or 4 times, my son sat without a drink after his first glass(yes we politely asked her for another..guess she forgot?), and it was the same deal with mine. The waitress was so absent-minded and slow to come to our table that I eventually had to give up waiting on her coming to our table to pick up the check and just walked out with my son to the car. My husband had to walk the check to the hostess so he could leave. It's the very first time my husband has never tipped, we both worked restaurants when we were younger and understand ppl have bad days but she was just blatantly lazy and uncaring there were little to no ppl there so we should have been able to get in and out quickly, and people arriving later than us were getting their food WAY before ours and leaving WAY before us. Food is great but we'd honestly probably walk right back out if we got seated at this waitresses table again she didn't even bother to tell us her name but she was wearing enough make-up to be unforgettable.
