Friendly Service, Excellent margaritas 1/4/2008

We have come to enjoy dining in the bar. It is quieter than the restuarant area. Recently they have added a flat screen TV, great for catching the local teams while having dinner. Our favorite drinks are the Presidente margaritas, very smooth and not too tangy or sour. On busy nights the service can be slow, but the staff is always nice. I recommend the Triple Dipper-your choice of three appetizers. It's a great way to sample a variety of flavors. There are healthy menu selections. The margarita chicken is very good, moist and seasoned just enough. Pros: Ambience, Friendly staff, menu variety Cons: noisy more

Plan on waiting a long time for your food 12/12/2007

I've been to many Chili?s in my life from California to Washington. All I can say is this is the worst one I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong the waiters and waitresses are great. It's the management! They don't have enough cooks. We order and have to wait up to an hour. Management claims a 17 minute turn around but I've been here over 40 times and that statement is only true if you?re ordering a beer. If you want fast service go to Red Robin. It?s a shame because the people who work there are nice! Pros: Nice people Cons: Have to wait a day for your food more

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! 6/25/2002

This was literally THE WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. My husband and I planned a lunch at the Issaquah Chili's. We went at noon and was surprised to be seated right away (now I know why). We were told that our server was going to be right with us. She was, 20 mins later. When she finally took our order, it was another 20 mins before we got our food. The food was subpar at best. I had the beef Fajita Quesadilla. The beef was something terrible and there was way too much mozzarella cheese. I picked out globs and globs of it and there was still a lot left. The food was not worth the 40 min wait. Needless to say, I will not repeat this experience again and I highly suggest that others stay away as well. I rate 1's only because I cannot rate 0's. Pros: empty, plenty or parking, seated quickly Cons: terrible service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere more

  • In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.
