Nice menu selections of authentic Thai. Exceptional service and a staff that knows their menu well and good with making suggestions. Phad Kee Mao is wonderful here. The Tom Kha is exceptional with it's good balance of hot and sour, without too much fish sauce. Like this place ah lah. more

Authentic THAI food? You have to be kidding me. HAVE YOU ACTUALLY been to Thailand? How can you tell? Well I have , and the food here is nothing near it. The service was plain but depend on who serves you. Some of the server can not even spell the smile on the face sincerely. I am Black, and THEY treat black people like no body. There was no attention from the staffs. Nothing is organized. The place is really bad that the OWNER has to comment the review to make it sound like this place is just like THAILAND. YOU can look it up on their website! The contact email said ""tmeelap"" Thats the owner. In one of the review, You can actually see that he comment on it making it sounds like he was a customer. HOW LAME. If you ever ask to speak with a manager or owner, you will NEVER get to speak with him. Cause he'd refused to speak with the customer thats complaining. He would interrupt the server while taking food order from me and tell the server to make sure they take care of his ""special guess"" like really? You can't wait until your server is done talking to customer? Where are you from? The Ghetto? This PLACE is a joke! Y'all don't know whats real Thai Food Taste like if you decide to eat here. more

I have been looking for a good Thai place around Tacoma for the last several years, since I moved here from Poulsbo. I grew up going to Sawadty Thai Cuisine and Sawann Thai Cuisine on Bainbridge Island, which still can't be beat... but I could never find anything that compared. UNTIL NOW! Chili Thai has fabulous food, good service, and reasonable prices. I used to live down the street from this place, and happened upon it one night while searching for some dinner... and have been going back ever since! My fiance and I are always AMAZED at how friendly the staff is, how fast the service is, and of course, the AWESOME food at killer prices! There's never a wait (which is why I am kinda hesitant to write this, kind of want to keep it a secret...) I have probably eaten at least half of the stuff on the menu, and it never disappoints. I live in Auburn and been to Thailand few time and love Thai food over there and now on I found my best Authentic Thai food in Town name is Chili Thai Restaurant across street from Olive Garden on west side of South Hills Mall in Puyallup. All foods from Chili Thai very Authentic very strong taste very spicy same as Thailand that I had them before. Now I have my favorites Thai food not far from my house.
