If you haven't tried the Chili Pepper, you are missing out. This place is like being south of the border without leaving Orange County. The waiters are great, the fiood is very authentic and the decor is awesome. They have private booths that are surrounded with plants and walls adorned with Spanish tile making it a great place to bring a date. They also have an open area well suited for those who have a group. I recommend any dish they serve with the ""A la Diabla"" sauce (Spicy) and also the Burrito Guanajuato. We come to dine at the Chili pepper quite often. The servers are so nice and helpful. The food is excellent and very tadional. Taste like Grandma's cooking! Definetly doesnt have that ""out the can ""taste that most ""Mexican"" restaurants in Oc have! I order the same plate every time I go, a dish that I haven't seen at any other mexican restaurant establishment. It's called enchiladas en mole poblano. It's the best! They really know how to feed you here. You get a complimentary appetizer and desert for dinner. And the kids get get a free balloon,candy and desert! Which really makes my child's day, they make the kids feel extra special at this place. Andc that's why we will continue to come here on a regular basis.
