My 10 month old has been at Childtime Highland Knolls since she was 3 months old. The infant room has the most caring and kind teachers. Being a first time mom, like any parent, I was extremely thorough in searching for the right daycare. I chose Childtime because of its rating on the Texas Dept of Family and Protective services. \r

The management Staff is very involved and steps in when needed. Unlike another chain daycare, I don't have to feel like another parent to the reception desk. The staff is very personable and open to any type of feedback. I've had minor issues like feeding times, wrong diaper used, but the issue was immediately actioned and resolved. When I felt a bit uneasy about new staff, they listened to my concerns and assured me that new staff members always have support when needed. They do take my concerns seriously, which I fully appreciate.\r

Most important of all, my daughter is happy when I take her and pick her up. She gets plenty of attention and the child care givers are always so sweet and caring towards her. They take photos to show projects they've done through the day, great programs so the infants are not just being ""babysat"". I love that I don't have to worry when I'm at work, at that is such a huge plus! \r

We moved her recently to another daycare because we moved 8 miles out of the way and I only lasted a day. The other facility had cameras and they kept her in a crib for too long, skipped a feeding and didn't give my child the care that Childtime had, so she moved back the next day.\r

I highly recommend Childtime Highland Knolls. It's affordable, small enough for personable care and a great friendly staff. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
