I have been a loyal customer to the Children's Place ever since my daughter was born, 9 years ago. With two children, I have always done all of their school shopping there, and I love the fun clothes, good prices, and quality. However, during my last visit, I received such poor customer service and rudeness that I unfortunately will never shop there again. Apparently the Children's Place has recently changed their corporate return policy, and rather than pleasantly explaining this to me and trying to work with me, I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel a nuisance by the assistant manager. In this economy, I am shocked that the customer is valued so little. Anyway, I will not shop at this store again, and I will contact their Corporate office to voice my displeasure. Meanwhile, I will look for another store to patronize that has customer service as a priority,
