I took my children (I have 4) here for care since it's close but it's always got a dingy, impersonal feel to it. They won't even go to the hospital to see a newborn. When I opened a new bank account there was a problem with payment. Though the bank accepted responsibility for the error, Childrens Urgent Care & Pediatric Clinic didn't care and treated me as though I couldn't pay. This was the final straw that caused me to go elsewhere. So, I do not recommend this facility. more

Good staff and in/out service! 8/15/2005

One call to this clinic was all it took to get our son in on an urgent need when his regular doctor couldn't see him. We were greeted immediately, and our son was in and out within an hour. The doctor that our son saw believes that no parent should have to wait over the weekend to have their child evaluated. However, the clinic could use a little scrubbing and redecorating, but the staff was very warm and caring nevertheless. more

Not the best pediatric care 8/3/2005

I brought my 2-year old daughter into this facility for vomiting & diarrhea. The visit was on an early morning weekend and the waiting room was filthy. The wait was very long and the staff did not have the capability to check on my health insurance so I paid cash. Once we finally saw the doctor, the visit lasted a max. of 2 minutes and my daughter was sent home with instructions to rest & push fluids. Once we got home, two hours later she was admitted to the hospital for dehydration & gastroenteritis. The doctor at this facility failed to catch my daughter's extreme dehydration or even ask pertinent questions to rule out dehydration. more
