Childrens Lighthouse Matthews

First of all I want to say thank you to the management team that made me feel like a part of this great family. I just moved my child from a horrible day care that won't feed my child all day because they said that my child won't eat. He is 16months old and a very picky eater. He loved Ms. Dee his teacher as soon as he was introduced to him and she takes time to make sure he eats his food every day and she feeds him when there is a need for it. The management team knew why I changed day care and made it their responsibility to check and make sure that my son eats his lunch every day. For all the kids in that center and for them to take time out every day to care if he ate every day makes me a h-a-p-p-y mon. more

This center is really nice. My children loves coming to this place. We have been in this center since it opened in 2007. My daughter then was a six weeks old infant and now she is in the pre-k class. She is so ready for school. Our friends that have kids in the same age group are always amazed by what she says and how much she knows. She is learning a lot from this place, believe me I know because I'm a school teacher. From the day I handed them my six weeks old infant till today that she is almost five years old has been nothing but peace of mind and satisfaction. I have a daughter too that is in their after school room. I want to say thank you Childrens lighthouse for giving me that peace of mind. more

I think that they r the best in town! They show that they really care bout their families by the quality service. I mean really how many centers do u know that have been open and clean and 5 stars for four years....my baby has been there since she was 8 weeks and she comes home with a smile on her face everyday! Its been a real joy to c her on the camera nd eating her lunch with the all fresh fruits they serve. The teachers r honest, loyal, kind, nd hardworking!!! Nd the managers really make u feel like u r family nd cater to any concerns! They even use the A_Beka curr.to teach the children nd they learn so much its really cool nd known to be the best teaching method. Nd the owner is really nice nd gets to know her parents it surprised me that she even knew my name bc others dont care. Well enough said I love this place!!!! more

This daycare leaves a lot to be desired. The menu is posted for decorations sake only. Management only serves their needs and not the children's. Most of the employees if they stay past 3 months are unhappy and unappreciated for the education and time they contribute. The owner is only present during a state review or crisis that her management staff creates. If you want non progressive children this is the place for you, you will not be disappointed by far!! more
