Children's Hospital Colorado

This hospital has saved the lives of many babies and kiddos. I have had some close contact with an infant who had shaken baby and if it werent for this hospital she would not be here today. Unfortunately this happens all too often, and the nurses/doctors here have to deal with this on a daily basis. I applaude them for their strength and ability to cope with the good and the sad, Thank you for everything you do!!! more

My daughter with in a course of a 3 month span had to go to there ER 6 times. We were treated right away and they were always caring. I love this hospital and so happy they are moving closer to me :) The doctors and nurses just know how to take care of the children and know how to act in a way that makes the child free safe while in there care. They are very caring when it comes to making sure that the mom and dad understand what is going on with the child. more

My daughter is a patient of the rheumatology clinic and we've had a wonderful experience here. The 2 doctors are very patient, and one doctor in particular, Dr. Hollister, will always return a worried parent's call - even late into the evening if necessary. It can sometimes be tricky to get a new patient appointment as they book about 2 months out for new patients slots, however, they try to help schedule a sooner appointment if the parent is feeling the it is a more urgent need. The receptionist staff are helpful and friendly, and the nursing staff are also pleasant and patient. The decor is "hospital-like" and leaves a little to be desired - they could use a few more toys for the kids of all ages. However, what they lack in "decor" they make up for in patient service and courtesy.
