I had a bad experience with this dental practice. Poor communication with the staff and within the staff, dentists included, made a one and a half month wait for a sedation appointment turn into a five month wait and a bill that ended up being two and a half time larger than what was initially quoted on the treatment plan. Of the three times that I called to confirm appointments or changes to the appointments that the office made, the staff on the phone made me feel as though my child was not even a patient there. It took me calling the general manager, after the fact, to get an explanation of the billing plan, which was never explained in the first place. In that conversation the general manager told me she would get back in touch with me about my concerns, a month later and I have heard nothing. Due to this poor experience I would not recommend this practice.
