I have been providing child care to both of my grand daughters since they were born, not knowing that this program was available to mothers who are unable to pay for child care.. One thing about the Child Care Council-Legally Exempt Program, once approve and after all the foot work that has be done by the parent and the provider, payments are on time. Although I must say since the process is long (I truly think that some of the case workers can be unprofessional to the clients when asking for further Feed Back on their status.
Pros: Great Advantage for Low Income People unable to pay
Cons: Having to go through so many obstacles or red tape
