We had a small private birthday party there last night for one of our coworkers.......................they are always accommodating and very warm attentive - even though it's a gay-friendly bar, it's still fun for straight folks like me.........and the pupus are great too! Totally recommended for a relaxing night out - almost feels like drinking at your friend's house!!!! more

I did not know it was a gay bar.. is it 10/5/2005

I went to Chiko's Tavern after been toasted from another party. It was a good size Karaoke lounge/bar. It seemed like they had a front area and another set of tables and chairs in the back area. The bartenders were fast in making drinks and the place gets pretty crowded on the weekends. The crowd consist of mainly males and everyone seemed to have a good time. It was a nice and friendly place to hang out because I met a lot of new people that night. more
