Erin Dudley of Chieftain has repeatedly gone far beyond the call of duty to help, during difficult times as I put items there when my parents passed away and again when by wonderful serendipidy I managed to find my mother's 1937 Studebaker a home in a museum. Erin has been consistently warm and amazingly helpful throughout, doing things I would have had to fly half way around the world to accomplish each time. more

I believe this is the fourth time I have worked with Chieftain. They are the consummate professionals from estimation to hauling the boxes away after unpacking. This time Joe, Scott and Brody made the six hours of moving enjoyable. The went non-stop, moved some difficult items, took apart and reassembled many pieces and added some light hearted humor along the way. Bravo Chieftain. Call you for move #5! more

A few months ago I relocated from Omaha, NE to Northwest Arkansas. I needed my home packed and stored while I had my new home built. I have a lot of experience, some not so good, with moving since we were in the military for 20 years. I was concerned about how well my household goods would be packed but then also what would happen when it was unloaded in their facility, stored for 4 months, reloaded, and then unloaded in Arkansas. Well it could not have gone better. My household goods made it without any damage and nothing lost--I don't know how that is even possible. Pretty incredible. The moving staff on both sides of the process were super nice and they handled my goods with great care as if they were their own. There were a few garage items that got left on the truck accidentally and as soon as I called them about it, they arranged for someone to bring them to me with no hassles, even though I was living out of state. You could not pick a better group to take care of your prized possessions. more
