Do not take your car here if you need it back in a timely manner. We brought our car in on Monday and were told it would be ready within two or three days. We called to check on it, on Thursday, and were told that it was not ready. Of course, one could imagine our disappointment as both my husband and I work. Well, the weekend approached and we were essentially held hostage in our home, waiting for Chief Collision to call.
Finally, on Sunday, Chief Collision called us and stated that the car would be ready after lunch. Well, yep you guessed it, Sunday after lunch rolled around and no car. Finally, 6 pm approached and we were called by Chief Collision, with them stating that the car would be ready in 30 minutes. Of course, at this point, this issue was interfering with my family's schedule, as we were attempting to get prepared for the week ahead.
We arrived at Chief Collision and to our surprise, the new paint on the two back doors (there were scratches on each back door) was the WRONG color! How disappointing.
All this to say, please think twice before taking your car here...
