Great unexpected service! 10/6/2013

My new Hyundai Elantra GT had an issue with the front headlamp. I was able to schedule service online for the next day. Drop off was quick, easy and friendly. The front desk said it was probably a connection issue, which it was. Service was completed within a couple hours. They returned my vehicle washed and vacuumed, cleaner than when I dropped it off. I had a great experience and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks! more

ZERO STARS for this dealership! They have NO respect for the time, money, or SAFETY of their customers. They do shoddy work and send you on your way, with no regard for the consequences to their customer. more

Exceptional service on short notice! 8/2/2013

Their service writer (Michael) did a great job getting my car in for service on very short notice. Then Mike Foy, Chico Hyundai's service technician, did an exceptional job diagnosing my problem, repairing same and then getting me back on the road in a very timely fashion. Keep up the good work and thank you. more

Unhelpful and Rude 6/8/2006

I drive a Nissan Xterra. I did not purchase this vechile from this dealership and after dealing with the service department I never will purchase from this dealership. The service department was completly unhelpful when my power windows would stick. One person even suggested that I take it back to the dealership it was purchased from. I was surprised by their lack of help and refusal to honor my Nissan Warranty. more
