Artisan Flower Arrangements 7/31/2011

I've used other florists before, and have seen some good arrangements here and there, but now that I've found Chico Florist, I don't use other florists anymore. This is because their arrangements are superb every time. I know when I see an arrangement I have sent that these people have a great depth of flower knowledge, that they have given thought to my purpose for sending flowers, and that the person I have sent them to has been impressed. I have a great deal of confidence in their ability to cater to their customers' needs with consistent and quality craftsmanship. more

Not impressed 7/16/2010

My husband bought flowers for my b-day needless to say I was not impressed. The roses already looked like they were wilting and had brown spots of course I did not notice that until I had already cut them. If you want expensive flowers go here. I personally would not buy flowers here. I could get better looking roses and 24 roses instead of 6 at Costco for half the price. They delivered them on time I guess. I know my husband will not be buying flowers from here again. more

caring staff 5/26/2010

There was a recent death in my family and the funeral home reccomended I use Chico Florist. I am so glad that I did. The staff treated me like family in my difficult time. They were proffesional and caring and I would reccomend them to anyone in my situation. more

Chico Florist, Jan's custom Flowers 1/28/2009

Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers for Mothers B-Day to be delivered Feb 3, they delivered on Jan 27, totally ruining the b-Day surprise. Refused to refund unless they picked up the flowers they had already delivered. Will not do business here again more

Great Service 6/8/2006

I absolutly love this florist. They are always helpful in chosing flowers and arrangements for the special occassion and/or person that you are sending to. I deal with them alot with work and have never been disappointed with any of their arrangements. The arrangements always arrive when you need them there and always look great. more
