I have been a client off and on over the past 15 years and if I am living on the west coast there is no place better to get shoes to fit and help out my serious back injury.

Worst

I would not recommend this shop!!!! They were working on a Stuart Weitzman shoe for me and just lost it. I have returned to the store four times and they still have not found it. ...

I would not recommend this shop!!!! They were working on a Stuart Weitzman shoe for me and just lost it. I have returned to the store four times and they still have not found it. No apologies, or I'm sorry, just come back later and we will look for it. Well, it's been three months now... and nothing. Just beware, if you leave you shoes at Chick's Shoes on Mercer Island, you may never see them again! more

Fantastic and knowledgeable. 1/8/2010

I went there for the first time tonight. Even though I live close by I have never been. My feet have been really bothering me for about a year. The gentleman there was so nice and super knowledgeable about shoes/Feet and my particular issue plantar faciitis. I wish I would have had my orthodics made there. There was a great selection of shoes and he knew which ones I needed to help make the PF better. I will be getting all my shoes here in the future and plan to send my husband in too. I wish they sold children's shoes then we would be set. A great place with a great selection of shoes, inserts, socks with a very knowledgeable and friendly shoe guy!!! more

Great service for shoe repair. 9/4/2006

I have only utilized the shoe repair service here so that's all I can really comment on. I will add that it is one busy place at times and can seem a bit understaffed. The three times that I've had shoes resoled have been easy. The staff was very professional and stood behind their work. I had a small problem with one of the resole jobs and they fixed it up ASAP for no extra charge or hassle. Sometimes makes you wish you had more bunk shoes just to enjoy the service. more

Incredible Customer Service 7/11/2006

My husband has had some major back/feet problems lately and went into Chick's for some new orthodotics to see if that would help. The owner (I guess that would be "Chick") spent quite a bit of time listening to his symptoms and then fitting him into some sandals that would be comfortable for his back and his flat feet. A few weeks later, my hubby returned to the store to get some more things and again, Chick spent a lot of time with him, even sending him home with some sole inserts to try out. My husband was amazed at the high quality of products and customer service. more
