Chicken Out serves very very good chicken at a very good price. It's a counter service restaurant, and they have a variety of menu items. I usually go for the chicken platters, where you get a nice portion of chicken (which they roast in the store), and a couple sides- you choose from a bunch like mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc. The platters are an amazing value- someones they'll have a 2 meal platter deal for $11, which is a full meal of very good food for $7-8 per person (once you add drink and tax)!!
However, stay away from the wraps. They're expensive and not that great. The fresh chicken is a much better deal.
This restaurant is about 4 blocks from the Bethesda metro.
