This place is great!! Its a nice, quiet place you can go to eat something delicious with your children. As a matter of fact were going there today. We always get half chicken, ribs, sweet plaintains, a pint of garden rice and a quart of white rice, because my kids arent crazy about trying green rice. We love the food!! more

Chicken Fizzle 8/19/2006

Astoria has many ""pollo a la braza"" type places like this all over, which should be enough reason for most folks to try other places than this one. The food is not impressive but greasy and incredibly salty of the many times I've ordered delivery and picked up myself. The service has not been the friendliest and they're real sticklers for cash only. While the prices are modest at best, it is not worth it for the food you're getting.
