The woman that owns this eatery should take more notice of who the customers prefer to have around. How fair is it to hire teenage girls and then conveniently cut them off the schedule completely and without notice because customers like them better than the old truck stop waitresses that work there, and leave them better tips. The food is common, and the proximity of tables to each other is very intrusive when you're trying to eat next to a table full of screaming children. While the squash is good, it's only served on Sundays and knowing that the mashed potatoes and squash are kept in large drawer bins instead of kettles kind of turns my stomach. The fire roasted chicken is tasty, as is the side sauce which is no more than a mixture of thinned out applesauce and oil with cinnamon.
