Unless you are freaked out by curb-service you must go to the Chick-Inn. It is straight from the 50s with great food at very reasonable prices. The shakes are a must try for eve...

Wait forever for some greasy over-priced food. Another reason to avoid Ypsilanti altogether.

Oh, the Atmosphere 10/21/2005

This is one of the few wonderful drive-ins left. I remember this place from when I was in high school. Now what I like best are the milk shakes and the foot long hot dogs. The milk shakes are absolutely wonderful and there is an interesting variety of flavors. I don't think that the chicken is as good as it used to be, but maybe it's just me. more

This is one of a few drive in restaurants that still exists. The food is pretty good, kind of greasy, but that is too be expected. The building itself is a little run down and its not in the nicest neighborhoods, but if you're going for the experience of the drive in, its worth a shot. Something different to do. Prices are reasonable as well. more

WOW! I drove by this place for years before a friend told me what I was missing. He was right, the food is incredible! Pull up, park your car and hit the intercom to order yout meal.. Try the cheesesteak hoagie, you will not be disappointed. The burgers are big, fat and juicy. The deserts are okay but you won't need to order one cuz the meal will fill you up. more
