Brian of Chicagoland Plumbing Services, Inc. has come to my home to fix several different issues with my plumbing. He has replaced some of my plastic piping with copper piping. He has repaired cracked elbows and piping throughout my home. He has also replaced the handle to my master bathroom shower. Whenever I call to schedule something, the staff is extremely courteous. Brian is very prompt, too. He is able to come out to my house in as little as two hours. I was referred to Chicagoland Plumbing by my son and daughter-in-law. They were so pleased with him, and so am I. I would also highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of plumbing services. more

Brian from Chicagoland Plumbing did the work for us. He was absolutely wonderful, and we would definitely have him back again if we had another problem. The reason we called him out in the first place was because they dishwasher overflowed all over our kitchen floor, so it was a big and messy project. Brian went into the basement and followed the clogged line as far as he could go. He was incredibly thorough. more

I have a property being inspected by the village. They were being very particular about my hot water tank. I called Chicagoland Plumbing Services and they repaired the existing tank within 24 hours of me contacting them. They have reasonable prices. Judy, at plumbing company, called the village to confirm what was required before taking on the job. Their communication has been great and service is excellent! They went above and beyond anything I could have desired. more

Chicagoland Plumbing Services has good customer service. They can respond to customer inquiries quickly and in a timely fashion. I had used them back in the wintertime. Brian came out on a particularly nasty day to put a sump pump in, which I really appreciated because I probably would have flooded otherwise. Brian is really cordial and really friendly. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him. This time around he was putting in a toilet and a sink. The installation went very well. Also, if you need to look up somebody up to do work for you, try and go through their business. They're a good contact and a good source of information. more

The initial project I called Chicagoland Plumbing Services for was replacing a failed sump pump. When Brian Janik from Chicagoland arrived he completed that project and then also noticed other plumbing faults in my system. He was quick and efficient and he inexpensively repaired those faults in the same service call. This was some of the best customer service I've ever seen. He was truly outstanding. He overcame objections I didn't even know I had. It was great. He arrived lightning fast and he solved the problem. It was such a good experience that I had him come back two days later to install a new water heater and a second sump pump in another location. more

I had Chicagoland Plumbing Services install an emergency sump pump backup system in my basement. They were efficient and did an excellent, professional installation job. It's already saved me once when it was put into effect when we had a power outage. I'm happy with it. I found them through the yellow pages. I've used them again since then to repair a kitchen sink. So there was the basement repair last spring and then the kitchen repair this summer. Brian is very professional and polite and does good work. more

Noticed recent water damage on first floor below upstairs bathroom. Chicagoland Plumbing Service was able to come out the day after I called. Brain was very nice. Fixed what he thought to be the problem (wax ring that contects toilet to plumbing) but was not able to give the warrenty because our toilet fills with hot water (which may be melting the wax). Why didn't he use a neoprene ring and warrenty the work (I didn't know there was an alternative until I did some research on my own after he left). Also, did not do a break down of charges. Very expensive- part could have been no more than $15, he was at the house for 45 minutes- total $177! We have attempted to reach you by phone to replace the wax ring to a Neoprene ring. We will gladly do this free of charge. Unfortunately, we still will be unable to warranty the work, as this product is designed to work in a cold water setting, like the wax ring. With regard to not being provided a pricing breakdown, our pricing is based on the plumbing task completed. For instance, the cost to install a sump pump is the same whether the installation takes an hour or an hour and a half. This allows us to quote pricing prior to scheduling an appointment. We never want to appear as if we have hidden fees in our pricing. We are a family owned company and we greatly value the satisfaction of our customers. Just a great overall experience! Brian was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. He spared tearing into our drywall by having to crawl in our laundry room to get to the problem. He also came back right away when another problem surfaced and handled that just as swiftly. Pricing was more than fair, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Brian for a job well done! We called Chicagoland Plumbing Services when we had a draining problem and then sent us Brian. Our drain was backed up in the kitchen sink and washtub and Brian cleaned the grease trap and routed it out of the pipes. He was very friendly and we would highly recommend. more

We had some major plumbing and electrical issues in our house. In the last few weeks we have dealt with 4-5 contractors and Chicagoland Plumbing Services is the only one that showed up on time. They were very quick to respond and the cost estimate was accurate. The plumber gave good advice and made some great recommendations. These are the most trustworthy and confident people that I have hired to work on my house. This has been my best contracting experience since moving here. more

Chicagoland Plumbing Services, Inc. are very knowledgeable. They explained to me my options and were very patient with me when doing so. I felt like they knew what they were doing. The other companies I had called first weren't nearly as informative as Chicagoland was. I had used them before, but that was in my old house. I had moved to Indiana, just over the border, but still wasn't sure if they would come this far so that's why I didn't call them first. I was thrilled to find out they would come out this far. I wouldn't use anybody else for future issues! more
