WOW, I can't believe no one has raved about this place yet. This restaurant is an oldie but goody. Their salad bar is the best. It doesn't look like much until you get up to it...

If you love salad bars, then this is the place for you. Plenty of different types of salads to pick from and they are all good. The steaks and such are not outstanding, but good enough to accompany the salad bar. more

Chicago Speakeasy has the best salad bar! 8/20/2009

WOW, I can't believe no one has raved about this place yet. This restaurant is an oldie but goody. Their salad bar is the best. It doesn't look like much until you get up to it and then there are tons of fresh salad options as well as at least three dessert salads! I usually order the griled cheese because it is the cheapest and you get the salad bar too. I think it is just $.50 more than getting the salad bar alone. The food is good too. Monday is prime rib sandwich at lunch! more

AWESOME 8/13/2008

We go to this place often because we have always had the best food and service. We love to come on Fri or Sat nights when they have a live saxaphone player in the lounge. Nobody in this town has better prime-rib, and the salad bar is phenomenal!! All fresh and home-made stuff on it! One of the BEST in town- keep up the great work Speakeasy!!!!!!! more
