THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD I BOUGHT SHUTTER FROM THEM ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF AGO AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE ON RETURNING CALLS THE OWNER HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. THE SHUTTER I BOUGHT ONLY MESSES UP IN THE WINTER TIME BUT WHEN IT DOES THEY CHARGE ME OVER $250 TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. IT'S BEEN NUMEROUS TIME HIS OWN EMPLOYEES HAS SAID THE SHUTTER WASN;'T PUT UP RIGHGT BUT STILL THE OWNER REFUSES TO REPLACE THE SHUTTER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE THEY GOT A F WITH THE BBB AND WITH THAT BEING SAID I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE BUSINESS IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. I CONTACTED ROLLING SHUTTERS AND THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND CAME RIGHT OUT. more

WARNING... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I ordered shutters from this company. I'm having a nightmare of a time dealing with this company. They will not return my calls, or they put me on hold and never return to the phone. They are very dishonest, BUYER BEWARE. I spent thousands of dollars for them to install shutters. They installed them but now my back windows cannot open more than 2 inches. When I called the service dept I get the run around. They do not return calls. It's like they take your money and you never see them or hear from them again! I also ordered an extra remote control for the shutters and paid for it over the phone, they promised to deliver it, it has been over a month and still no remote. They said that they would send a receipt to show the cost for the extra remote and they never did. When I call their office I get the run around or the receptionist says she's going to send it and never does. This company is a rip off. I hate that I ever got involved with them. I'm now going through BBB and my credit card company to try and resolve this without having to go to small claims court. I WISHED THAT I HAD NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! I have done business with this company in the past, I also have done a referral to my inlaw. But this current issue that I am having with this company is pissing me off. They have my money and will not keep appointments that have been set. Return phone calls are nill and void. The name I know this company by is Chicago One Shutters, the name is different but the address and phone number are the same. When I spend my money I expect to get what I pay for, I understand tha things come up that cause delays but if this is not communicated to me what should I think but that this company is BS-ing me around. more
