First I would like to say you are better off buying from Tom's Price or Walter E. Smith. Bassett furniture or Chicago furniture group is a horrible company to buy furniture from. I wouldn't even consider it to be ""high quality"" furniture. It takes almost 6 months to get your furniture and when you do get it, its damaged! and going through customer service is a nightmare!!! The owners are careless and don't care about taking care of customers and their customer service reps are rude and dont follow through on customers issues and are very short and clueless to customers conerns. Their delivery drivers are careless while handling and delivering customers furniture and often damage the furniture or the customers house in the delivery process and the company does very little in fixing the damage caused by their own employees. When a customer wants a new piece ordered because the original was damaged, they promise they order a new one but all they do is have repair tech repair it and cover up the damage with a marker!\r
come on people! dont we all deserve a high quality product for the price we all pay for??? i think so! i highly recommend going some place else that has better quality furniture and customer service that actually cares about the customer. I sold all my furniture from them and went to Walter E Smith and got my furniture in 2 months with out a knick or scratch in it and they were so polite and professional that i told all my friends and family and people I didnt even know to go to Walter E Smith
