As I near my mid 30's, I'm changing my eating habits to a healthier one than I recently had. I always knew Chiazza as a spot for a great pizza and an even better steak, but never thought of it as a ""healthy"" restaurant. Well, with a menu loaded with tasty salads (one needs to edit the salads to keep them lite but the kitchen is very accommodating) and both the body natural haddock and chicken dishes, there are some great options. My recommendation is the citrus herb chicken. The statler breast may be the juiciest piece of chicken that I have ever eaten. Just ask them not to season it. Trust me on this one!
