relaxed/dressy family/fancy 3/19/2006

this is THe fancy restaurant in Tallahassee, so it'll always be packed with parents who want to take their kids somewhere nice when they come to visit them at school, but don't want to go to the Olive Garden. Its relaxed/dressy, and family/fancy... that is to say, you'll see friendly personalized 'happy birthday' and 'congratulations' messages on the sidewalk in colored chalk; but inside, its all silver and crystal, and fancy fois gras, etc. .Go for the Sunday brunch, its a fixed price menu; everything is delicious, and get mom to order a mimosa and slip you a few sips. :) more

This wonderful restaurant offers French cuisine with friendly Southern hospitality. Located in a beautifully restored 1922 home, there are private rooms available, beautiful terrace dining and a cozy bar. Specialties include sea bass, sautéed duck breast, and rack of lamb. Lunch prices range from $8-13 and dinner prices range from $14-28. Sunday brunch is worth checking out too! Chez Pierre is definitely THE French restaurant in Tallahassee! more

Great French Dining. 8/2/2005

Chez Pierre Restaurant located in a quaint, beautiful setting off of Thomasville Road, offers excellent French cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner with daily specials. Be prepared for a very relaxing and delicious meal. The homemade bread is crusty on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. A wonderful homemade pasty and desert tray is presented at the end of your meal. Highly recommended. more
