Wonderful! 6/19/2003

My date and I were seated quickly. We were brought a great deal of complimentary chips and salsa--and refills were brought without our having to ask. The chips were very light and tasty and the salsa was fresh and full of flavor. I had the beef enchilada, chicken enchilada, and chile relleno. All were excellent. The portions were very generous and it all cost me only $8.99. My date had the mushroom fajitas. Again, generous portions of mushroom, rice, cheese, beans, etc. The service was prompt and friendly. The prices were very fair. I will definitely return to Chevy's! Pros: inexpensive, generous portions, service Cons: none more

YUCK!! 3/6/2003

We ate here a few weeks ago and the food was pretty good. We got a group of friends together and went again and all of our food was awful! The service was poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone here. I will never go back. (We should of figured it out when 3/4 of the restaurant was empty on a Friday night. more

Poorly Managed. No wonder it's empty 6/24/2002

I have been a Chevy's fan for years while living in Chicago area and Southern CA. Chevy's is ususally a pretty reliable chain, but this location is horrible. Since moving here 6 mos. ago, I have given it several tries to get it right, and I have one meal (out of 7 or 8) that is up to par. The margaritas are inconsistent, the grilled salads are not up to spec, the only thing they haven't degraded is the fajitas. The service is typically slow (surprising since it's always near empty) and inexperienced. I now head to the 700E & 400S location. Not a 10, but definitely better than this.
