To make a long story kind of short?I was visiting Chevy?s in Vallejo with a friend. The bill came to $40. We split the bill by paying $20 cash and having the rest put onto my credit card. A couple of day?s later, I noticed that I got charged for the full amount (even though I did not authorize that amount on me receipt.) I had to drive back to Chevy?s the resolve that situation. This is when all the fun started happening. The manager said that it was a mistake with their computer system, but in the same sentence told me that the ?waiter pocketed the $20?. Then She continued to tell me that it was the waiters fault not Chevy?s and that I would have to come back the next day when he was working to get my money back. Obviously customer device is not considered a high commodity at Chevy. I?ve since filed a complaint with my credit card. Beware; you may get money stolen at Chevy?s in Vallejo.
