Chevy Chase Bank

I'm currently in the Student Banking package. CCB is really convenient because it has many branches as well as ATMS in malls, grocery stores, etc. Their Online Banking is wonderful as well – a great way to keep track of your account without going to the bank. Though the lines can sometimes be long, I always receive courteous service. more

This is a pretty new Chevy Chase Bank branch. Everytime I go there, I am always greeted by a customer representative with a smile near the front door. The tellers are courteous, also, even the guy who was fixing the front door was courteous to me! The bank has this professional feel to it and seems like they care about their customers. The times that I needed to sit down and talk to the customer representative, the customer rep addressed me by my name and were very friendly and helpful. They would make sure that I understand everything and I feel that they are pretty competent with their work. They made me feel like I was a valued customer and that they want to make sure that I walk away happy. It's always pleasant to go there, and the wait is never long. more
