The car wash left two dirty streaks on the side of my expensive car. I informed the attendant , ADIL, that the car wash was not working properly. He first told me that it was my car that had defects. When I wiped off the dirt, he said that that's what I get for going through a Basic car wash. I told him that leaving streaks on the cars was unacceptable. I asked if I could go through the car wash again. He said no. I asked if I could get my money back, he replied no. He said that I had come back 1.5 hours later when it was really an hour later. I asked to speak to his manager, and he said that this was his store. I asked for the consumer number, he refused to give it to me. I told him I would write the CEO.\r
I've been going here for years. I won't any more.\r
