Terrible service, rude employees. 12/11/2013

I've had nothing but issues since I bought my car there a few months ago. My salesman made false promises about some of the details, including some freebies he promised my Dad. During service visits, I have been spoken to as if I were a child (I am 20- young but still deserve to be treated with respect) and actually made fun of by a service clerk. He told me that I was lying about some issues I was having with the car in a very condescending tone. more

honest, friendly service 12/10/2013

I have been coming to this dealership since it opened. I originally bought my car from a different dealership but my service manager moved up to WC, and since I was living in New Tampa at the time, it wasn't a big deal for me to follow him up there. Even now that I am in Riverview, I'd rather drive the extra few miles to WC than go to Brandon. I know my guy will be straight-forward and honest with me and address any issues I may have. more

The service department does not know what is doing 11/23/2013

Sometimes the car (a 2012 Elantra, which I bought there) runs worse after it is serviced by them. One time they over-filled the engine oil, causing a big backfire and a tow-in, which they thought was funny. The vehicle stalls (3x...with once a tow-in), and the 4th time will trigger the lemon law. I bought the bumper to bumper extended warranty for 2k. Good thing I did. A new car should not have this many problems, and the dealership should not be this incompetent. Thinking of trading it for a 2014 Corolla instead. The Elantra is a cute car when it runs, but not when I'm standing beside it waiting for Hyundai Roadside Assistance to come tow it. more

Story of an oil change 11/19/2013

You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time for an oil change, right? You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get your car that 10 minute inspection that they say makes getting oil changes at the dealer worth it. You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get fluids topped off when your oil needs to be changed, as specified in the terms of your oil change. Well if you thought any of those things about Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, you'd be dead wrong. more

My car wouldn't start and I was able to get free roadside assistance and a service appointment immediately after my car was started. The fast roadside and maintenance service enabled me to go on with my day with very little interruption. Love Hyundai of Wesley Chapel! more
