Chets is our very favorite seafood restaurant in all of Florida! It is locally owned and managed. The staff has a very low turnaround and are incredible. We have visited Chet's often for 8 years and always have the same waistress unless she is not on schedule. She not only knows us by name but brings our drinks before we have barely sat down! She knows all of our favorites and is the perfect waitress! The seafood is all locally caught, fresh and perfect! Most items can be had fried, baked, broiled or blackened. The Blackened Marinated Grouper and the fried Crab Fingers are the best offerings on the menu! And their sweet tea is the perfect drink for a hot Florida day.
