On-target diagnoses; medical staff is not easily fooled by a multitude of symptoms, and they are aware of the nuances presented by test results and know how to interpret the numbers with intelligent intuition. They take the time to carefully explain results/findings, describe observed conditions, and train the owner to be an ally in the cat's care. They know cat,and owner behavior, and as importantly as anything else, they like cats. more

Wonderful experience for cats and their owners! 3/19/2008

I recently took in a very old cat, and brought her to Dr. Connor to get everything checked out. Everyone at CHCC was very nice, warm, and welcoming and I felt that the care given to my cat was gentle and thorough. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and my cat and I were given plenty of time and attention. Also, when I called as a new patient, they gave me an appointment the following day. I would genuinely recommend taking any cat to this vet! more

Kind Vet and Tech 10/20/2007

Dr. Connor was very kind and knew what was going on with my cat through communication with his tech before walking into the examining room. He called my cat handsome. It did not stink, his tech was attentive and kind, and the price was reasonable. Dr. Connor gave him something for pain, and an antibiotic, and already today he is purring more than he has in weeks (he had chin acne that had become swollen pockets of pus!) Pros: respectful and kind to my cat, thorough explanation of aftercare Cons: 20 minute wait after appointment time more
