First of all the receptionist was rude so i knew i was going to be in for a good time. I injured my foot, and it was really in pain. It was obviously sprained, if not broken. It was completely bruised at the bottom and i could not walk on it at all. The nurse practitioner obviously didn't know what she was doing because she told me to walk on it. She told me i should not be using crutches to help me walk and i needed to use my foot and gave me exercises to do. She did not listen to what i had to say, and pretty much acted like i was not telling the truth when i told her i was in pain. Knowing she was wrong i went to the hospital where they told me my foot was broken and i had torn my tendon. If i had listened to the nurse, i would have done so much damage to my foot. In other words, going to chester family medcare was a complete waste of my time, and could have ended up doing more harm than good.
Pros: I did not wait long at all for my appointment, i was in and out. The nurse (the nurse to the nurse practitioner) was VERY nice.
Cons: The nurse PRACTITIONER was NOT knowledgeable or empathetic
