Took car in 12/30/13 was TOLD it was ready 1/15/14 WRONG! FILTHY inside & out. Only went in with exterior damage on passenger side. When we went to pick it up 1/15 it also had severe damage to my INTERIOR passenger door were it had been jabbed with a screwdriver yet no one fixed it or reported it. We drove from Midlothian to Chester to pick up my car that was less than a year old with less than 3400 miles on it & I was SHOCKED to see the condition. Not to mention the bubbles in the paint, the A panel was way lower than the driver side. Just a shoddy job. I didn't take the car, they ""claimed"" they would ""fix"" everything even get it detailed if necessary. I was told it would be ready Friday, Monday at the latest. 3pm Monday I call STILL not ready. I then call my insurance co & get them involved, finally they say the car is ready Friday 1/24! The insurance Co arranges to have it delivered (I didn't have a rental & my ride was sick) when the car arrives I notice an immediate scratch which I show the young man (it was bitterly cold that day) another minor item I brought to their attention 1/15 still not resolved & quickly got in the car to look at the handle & see if cleaned. THEN, next day when I went to go out with friend I asked her to look around carefully in 2 seconds YES TWO, she NOTICED THEY broke my seat heater control that I paid Honda to put in after market before I bought it. They refuse to accept responsibility & Rocky (the Manager) Then had the NERVE to say he didn't know WHO jabbed the door with a screw driver but THEY fixed it didn't they? He back peddled!!! Also, employee, Aaron LIED & said he gave me an amended adjustment, NOT TRUE!! I had to obtain it through my insurance company. Which also had false info on it example in date 12/31 (real date 12/30) out date 1/15 REAL out date 1/24 paid by insurance week of 1/15. YOU DECIDE. My new car is STILL broken & they are trying to stick Honda with the bill. On something that NEVER malfunctioned UNTIL it went to CHESTER BODY & MECHANICAL!\r
