This includes a full intake annual physical and blood work-up. No additional cost for any clinic Office Visit, or in-house procedure (does not include oral medication, vaccines, commercial orthopedic devices, or additional outside bloodwork). We provide well and sick care for coughs, colds, flues, broken bones, heart attacks, asthma, respiratory distress, physiologic and metabolic disturbances..
